2020 has been a year that none of us could have predicted or planned for and it has changed the way we have had to manage career guidance for students as well as the way that students are accessing information about their future career choices.
Fortunately, LikeToBe has developed the technology and platform to offer students an experience resembling a traditional career event in a digital format with the following benefits:
- 24/7 year-round Access
- Ask questions at any time in the forum
- Access a range of employers and professionals in one place
- View organisation profiles to learn more about them and their opportunities available

Inspiring Careers – Shaping the Future
LikeToBe had partnered with Plymouth City Council, Plymouth City Bus and Devon & Plymouth Chamber of Commerce to host a county-wide, skills focused career event this March. Our goal was to build mutually beneficial relationships between local businesses and school-leavers in post-pandemic Brexit.
The event boasted live streams, workshops, and career talks, all offering need-to-know info on growing sectors, employability skills, "how to find your passion," and much more. Inspiring Careers has build connections between young people and businesses, creating talent pipelines straight from education to employment.
The event will ran all day on 25th March 2021 but can be accessed via the LikeToBe platform.Access Inspiring Careers – Shaping the Future
